A real estate company requires the services of a Syndication Coordinator.
Responsibilities: - Manage people and portfolio in designated syndicates
- Design financial models suited to each syndicate and asset type.
- Aggregate/source funds from prospective syndicate members for purpose of investing in the real estate sector.
- Search in the market for any project finance/syndication opportunity.
- Complete required assessment of the transaction and put up a proposal to consider participation.
- Answer all credit inquiry related to the transaction in order to obtain required internal approval.
- Communication with the agent bank and with other financial institutions to complete required transaction agreements.
- Make regular update to the management on the progress of the transaction and any deviation from the original approval.
- Achieve business targets related to growing current project finance and syndication business.
Qualifications and Requirements: - Minimum of B.Sc. in Economics or Finance
- At least 2 – 3 years experience in asset investment environment preferably institutions such as pension funds, stockbroking companies, asset management companies, banks.
- Experience in the real estate sector is mandatory
- Must be able to aggregate/source funds from prospective syndicate members for purpose of investing in the real estate sector.
- Must have good financial planning, risk management, cash flow analysis, revenue projections skills.
- Must be able to design financial models suited to each syndicate and asset type.
- Good presentation and communication skills, must be client centric with a sales mindset.
- Must be able to manage people and portfolio in designated syndicates
- Overall coordination and management skills is a must.
