HSE Officer Feb 2nd 2013, 15:38 Location: Rivers Description: We are one of the oldest indigenous technical companies in the South of Nigeria.  Over the years, the company has specialized in the provision of the following services to major players in the country's oil and gas industry, to government agencies  and to other clients, we seek to recruit a suitable individual for this position. Responsibilities: Coordinate diving and vessel operation Regular review of all HSE-MS and vessel SMS document Incident clearification, investigation and reporting Facilitate HSE management system awareness training for divers and crews. Facilitate all HSE activities and managing all diving HSE critical data and documentation. Produce a comprehensive report on every oil spill incident. Reporting of deviations and areas of improvement to management. Conduct HSE briefings to field personnel periodically.
