We are a Logistics company with headquarters in Lagos, involved in the Development, Operations and Management of petroleum products storage terminals as well as Into-Plane Refueling, warehousing and total Supply Chain Management solution supply, storage handling and distribution of petroleum products, goods and services. Our company is looking for young, energetic and dynamic individuals to join its highly competent team of employees along different career lines required for its strategic growth and expansion.
Responsibilities:
- The trainee will undergo an intensive training program that is tailored towards a specific role for definite period. Successful candidates must be ready to take on challenging tasks and assignments in any of the Company's locations.
- The management trainee's primary responsibility is to participate in training experiences, learn new skills, and to demonstrate increasing proficiency and expertise with managerial responsibilities.
- The management trainee program should prepare you for the decisions you will be making, and the actions you will be taking in the areas of people management, operations management, and merchandising management when you assume the role of store manager.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A good first degree from a reputable institution
- Have up to 2 years post-qualification work experience
- Candidates must have completed the one (1) mandatory NYSC program
- Prior experience in Engineering, Terminal Operations, HSE is an added advantage
- Good oral & written communication skills
- Confident personality with good interpersonal skills
- Analytical in thinking
- Possess inherent leadership qualities
- Computer proficiency
