We are an SME focused on Education and Human Development based in Lagos. We are in search of a Programme Coordinator
Job Summary:
Will be responsible for planning and coordinating all operational facets of program, development and implementation of project.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in any related discipline
- 1-3 years relevant working experience in a similar role
- Passion and interest in Youth Education and skill development
- Good grasp of general knowledge and firm understanding on contemporary issues in youth education and skill development
- Outstanding communication (speaking and writing), interpersonal, organizational, language and computer skills
- Excellent report writing skills
- Initiative and ability to work without supervision
- Strong information gathering and innovative solution development skills
- Flexible, adaptable and ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and planning skills
- Experience in project planning, formulation, monitoring and assessment in an NGO setting
- Familiarity with a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and a willingness to share in both "big picture" thinking and administrative tasks
