OXFAM in NIGERIA VACANCY FOR HUMAN RESOURCE Oxfam in Nigeria is an international nonprofit organization committed to ridding the world of poverty. Oxfam Novib seeks to hire a Human Resource Officer to provide HR advice and support to the Country Programme Office on the full range of employment issues. To interpret corporate strategy, contribute to the development of the national HR strategy and the design and implementation of operational plans to enhance the organisation's performance through its people.
