Etisalat is currently recruiting as seen below: Job Title :Specialist.Process Review and Operational Efficiency, Location: Lagos,NG Function Job Summary Implement the business process review framework to support the establishment and maintenance of a process culture which delivers quality and promotes interdepartmental partnering and stakeholder satisfaction throughout the business Principal Functions Recommend, implement and monitor process improvement initiatives Implement the process KPI management framework and monitor and report on process performance Champion the co-ordination of quality teams to deliver process optimization goals and continuous improvement Lead the delivery of periodic audits of the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure it conforms with industry best practices Conduct periodic and ad-hoc reviews of the company’s business processes to determine fitness for purpose Generate process review reports with strengths, weaknesses and improvement areas identified Identify and mitigate process bottlenecks in order to realize process efficiencies Identify and document realistic process controls for tracking and reporting Generate periodic KPI performance reports for strategic processes in order to provide feedback on process effectiveness and efficiency, gaps and corrective actions Monitor the performance of inter-functional and vendor SLAs to determine effectiveness in terms of time and quality of service, analyze root causes of SLA breaches and recommend improvements Continuously ascertain maturity level of the company’s processes in order to monitor evolution of strategic processes and share best practices across the organization Facilitate process awareness trainings and design of workshop materials for internal and external customers Establish and manage quality teams for process optimization and operational excellence Liaise with stakeholders on the identification and documentation of required processes Manage the alignment of existing policy and process frameworks to deliver on stakeholder objectives Support the maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) to promote the organization’s competitive edge Educational Requirements First degree Relevant professional certifications mandatory Experience,Skills & Competencies Between three (3) and five (5) years directly relevant post-NYSC work experience, preferably in a telecoms or similar technology business environment Ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate advanced competencies in the following job-specific areas: Knowledge of telecommunications process standards Industry awareness and business acumen Knowledge of process audit practices Document management Building and presenting business cases Team-building Presentation and report-writing skills Ideal candidate must also be able to demonstrate strengths in: Cross-cultural understanding Customer-focus and complaints handling Networking and relationship building Communication Flexibility and adaptability Drive for achievement and results Problem-solving, planning and organizing skills Team leading and influencing skills.
