Key Roles & Responsibilities 

â?¢ Processing of all daily counter transactions for deposit/withdrawals to savings, current and fixed deposit accounts (involving cash, cheques, passbook maintenance, inter-account transfers) and handling associated customer interactions/inquiries/complaints to a specified standard of quality. This may include servicing of Priority Banking customers at separate counters and may also involve a higher level of specified service standards.
â?¢ Cross-selling of simple products eg Fixed Deposits, Cards 

Qualifications & Skills 

â?¢ Good Knowledge Of The Bankâ?Ts Products, Services And Policies. 
â?¢ Good Service Skills/Etiquette/Personal Presentation 
â?¢ Good Knowledge Of Bank Cash Related Policies 
â?¢ Bsc Form Any Recorgnised University 

In compliance with the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Act of 2004, all applicants should ensure that they have completed the mandatory NYSC programme. A discharge certificate will be required as evidence of completion of the programme. Where an exemption has been granted, a certificate of exemption will also be required.

Key Roles & Responsibilities 

â?¢ Supervision of the processing of all daily cash site transactions for deposits into current and fixeddeposit accounts (Involving cash and cheques) and handling associated customer interactions/inquiries/complaints to a specified standard of quality.
â?¢ Ensure that Cash is moved to the Central Cash regularly in order to keep vault balance at minimal level.
â?¢ Cash site transactions are posted next working day latest. 
â?¢ Ensure the Tellerâ?Ts cash have been balanced daily, tellers registers updated, checked against screen balances and traced / agreed with the General Ledger the following morning.
â?¢ Ensure that the Vault Cash (local), has been balanced daily and traced / agreed with the General Ledger the following morning.
â?¢ Bank Cheque books are examined and blank forms remaining verified each day.
â?¢ Transactions held over are recorded and traced the following day
â?¢ Cash custodians must check tellersâ?T boxes and cash areas when locking tellers away each day to ensure that no cash is left out
â?¢ Entries relating to drafts issued are traced to the General ledger from the draft Counterfoil each day. 

Qualifications & Skills 

- Minimum of first degree
- At least 4 years banking experience in operations roles.
