In preparation, the organization is conducting a Request for Consultant search to identify an individual to assist in three key areas: (1) landscape and situational analyses; (2) service preparation, including a range of logistics and organizational representative activities; and (3) initial service implementation. Work to be Accomplished In preparation to implement psychosocial support services for HIV-positive women in Lagos, m2m's consultant in Nigeria will be required to complete key activities/tasks according to a workplan developed and authorized by senior m2m staff (Directors of Business Development and Program &Technical Services). The workplan will include at least three key phases (estimated total hours, 680; not to exceed 40 hours/week): . Landscape and situational analyses . Service preparation .
