 Total Performance Management Coordinator
 The Factory TPM Coordinator drives the consistent implementation of TPM in a factory, ensuring the alignment with Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE) initiatives

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Integrate Total Performance Management (TPM ) with other initiatives and departments

·         Ensure that TPM work is impacting both results and the culture change towards the factory / market vision

·         Communicate TPM activities and results to the Executive Committee in the factory

·         Drive the TPM implementation by supporting the other factory managers and pillar leaders

·         Motivate and empower people through positive attitude

·         Coach the factory pillar leaders / managers in terms of TPM methodology

·         Coordinate TPM trainings at factory level

·         Participate in defining and executing the Factory TPM Master Plan

·         Promote and support cross-fertilization of ideas, knowledge, standards and improvements at the factories.

·         Ensure an overall understanding of the different TPM pillars and how they integrate through the Factory TPM Master Plan to deliver the improved results.

·         Assessment of the implementation progress in the factory

PROFILE:

B.Sc/ HND degree (Minimum of 2.2 or upper credit respectively) in Engineering
 3 years of hands-on experience on Total Performance Management processes. 3 years Factory experience preferable acting as Production or Maintenance Manager/Engineer Team Management, being able to develop the required number of people with the competencies needed in the factory
    Good influencing skills
    Good coaching skills

 Position Description

Main purpose of the job:
.To deliver real value to Stanbic IBTC by developing the Communication strategy and plan
.To continually seek ways to improve the effectiveness of internal and external communication
.To manage the execution communications campaigns and projects - internal, media, social media
.To manage the relationship with key stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

. Develop the Communications strategy and plan that delivers on business strategies and objectives; and aligns to the Stanbic IBTC Marketing and Communication strategy and the brand strategy
. Develop strategies for different projects within the portfolio
. Translate knowledge of internal audiences, media, the public into relevant insights that can be used to increase the effectiveness of internal communication and external reputation management.
. Project management of communication projects to ensure delivery on time, within budget and delivery on objectives set
. Ensure all projects are evaluated. This includes the setting of targets / indentifying measures of positive impact, identifying of evaluation approaches / tools, and reporting. 
. Collaborate with the relevant marketing specialist, other communications teams and the business unit marketing mangers  to optimise the effectiveness of  communications
. Manage the relationship with business stakeholders
. Develop ad hoc material for business units using marketing resources (e.g. the studio).  The ad hoc jobs need to be filtered to ensure optimal use of resources (human and financial)
. Ensure coordinated messages are sent out across the business / business areas
. Edit and write speeches and communications relevant to the purpose and audience
. Manage the budget for the Communications portfolio
. Develop and grow individuals in the team

.Understanding and application of the business strategies for different business units within the group, and how it relates to the Stanbic IBTC group strategy.
.Understanding and application of the Global Brand Strategy and Stanbic IBTC Marketing and Communication strategy
.Quality of the strategies and plans developed and presented
.Understanding of the audience:  structures, segments, attitudes and behaviours
.Quality of project management
.The quality of campaign/project evaluations and reporting
.The effectiveness of communication campaigns / projects
.Consistency of messages within Stanbic IBTC and appropriate use of channels
.Quality of the relationship with business partners
.Quality of the relationships with marketing colleagues
.Quality of financial reporting and management
.Quality of leadership and people management
