Site Coordinator

QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE (MINIMUM)

- HND or B.Sc (Engineering, Estate Management or Facilities Managment).

- Minimum of 2-3 years relevant supervisory experience in facility management.

- Good written/oral communication and interpersonal skills.

- Must be computer literate (Excel/Word).

- Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.

- Ability to follow tasksJprojects through to a timely completion.

- Very Good command of English.

Facilities Supervisor

QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE (MINIMUM)

- HND or BSc (Engineering, Estate Management or Facilities Management & Masters an added advantage)

- Minimum of 5-7 years relevant supervisory experience in Facilities Mgt

- Must be a member of lEMA

- Very good written/oral communication and Interpersonal skills

- Must be computer literate (Excel/Word)

- Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.

- Ability to supervise various sites through to a timely completion.

- Very Good command of English
