- Candidate must have a degree or M.Sc in Mass communication or English Language.
- Candidate must have journalistic skills.
- Candidate must be a very good writer.
- Candidate must be willing to learn to be a consultant in the area of Human Capital Development.
- Candidate must be able to carry out capacity building training programme
- Candidate must be very smart and innovative
- Only Abuja based candidates should apply.
- Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years cognate experience with at least 3 years working with as/a Project Manager in an NGO.
Responsibilities
- To lead on the positioning of Frandek Development Initiative (NGO), to develop and carry out initiatives.
- To lead on accessing of funding to support initiatives.
- To lead on the operations of the office.
- To supervise all projects undertaken by the company and ensure effective and efficient delivery of service.
- To manage the day to day activities of operational employees and report to the managing partner.
