The company is currently embarked on a major expansion program designed to position it as the leading healthcare/life sciences company in the WACA region. To meet the increasing need for strategic leadership, the company now seeks to strengthen the senior management team with the following executive appointment: Chief Financial Officer Reporting to the CEO, your key roles and responsibilities shall include, • Providing leadership for the company's financial management, treasury and accounting function, including:o Financial planningo Budgetingo Cost and management accountingo Financial reportingo Internal controlso Auditing, and o Tax matters • Assuming direct responsibility for and managing the loan repayment process of the company's ECA-covered Buyers Credit Facility • Providing leadership for the company's other corporate services functions, including legal administration and the human resources function JOB REQUIREMENTS • Degree-qualified Chartered Accountant (possession of an MBA or relevant finance qualifications will be an advantage) • Minimum of 15 years' cognate experience in financial management, at least five of which must have been in a similar role in a large multinational manufacturing company or blue-chip environment • Familiar with officially supported export credits and other forms of international finance • Excellent management and interpersonal skills, and a high level of integrity
