An online platform company requires the services of a suitable individual to fill this position.
Responsibilities: - Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
- Prepare action plan by individuals for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
- Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
- Develop and maintain the market agents
- Push the channel sale policy, and formulate promotion plan
- Enlarge channel sales market and achieve reservation sales targets
- Support the work of delivery, adding goods, goods returning, payment collection, receipts, reconciliation, etc
- Maintain good relationship with customers, and resolve the problem customers faced, dealing with customers' complaints promptly, and collect market information
- Plans and organizes personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the territory/segment.
- Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical services area.

Qualification and Requirements: - Minimum of B.Sc. Degree in Marketing or other related field
- At least 1 years sales experiences
- Must be results-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Must be results oriented
- Must have communicating and Influencing skills
- Must process time management skills
- Excellent negotiating skills
- Having an ability of working under pressures
- Must be a female candidate
