Responsibilities:
- Manage front office activities
- Receiving of guests.
- Answering of phone calls and enquiries.
- Ad hoc administrative duties and other reception duties.
- Provide consistent quality service to customers by phone, email or fax as officers at the first line of contact
- Handle enquiries, suggestions, feedback and complaints in a professional and positive manner
- Manage data entry work including maintaining an accurate log of all enquiries received.
- Fulfill any other duties as and when assigned by the management
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of HND in any Social Sciences related discipline
- At least 1 year experience in a similar role
- Excellent Spoken English and Interpersonal skills.
- Females with pleasant personality
- Must possess excellent analytic skills with high proficiency in Microsoft word
- Have very strong oral and written communication skills
- Be enterprising, energetic and articulate
- Must have a strong analytic mind, and highly honest
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Ability to easily interact with clients
- Must be a female candidate
