Sales Supervisor Jan 18th 2013, 12:58 Location: Abuja Description: A leading pharmaceutical company situated in Abuja is currently recruiting for the position of Sales Supervisor. Responsibilities: Maintain a professional and excellent relationship management standards aimed at identifying and creating new worthy customers, deepening existing relationships and reactivating dormant ones through high level customer service delivery. Lead, direct and motivate other sales field staff to achieve the overall sales objectives of the company. Revise and implement the company's sales strategic plans from time to time. Generate sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets to be developed. Supervise Sales Representatives daily activities including the preparation and monitoring of their itinerary and territory mapping. Formulate sales targets for all sales field staff and ensure that these are achieved. Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum of B.Sc. degree in any related discipline At least 3-5 years' experience in a similar position Excellent communication skills.
