Description:
A real estate company requires the services of an Accounts/Admin Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Handling of the company accounts and financial books
- Preparing management account
- Auditing of company account
- In charge of company's accounts and administration
- Ensure budgets are managed efficiently
- Carrying out investment appraisal for the company / appraising the company's prospective investments.
- Implement, design and update company policies and procedures
- Prepare annual budget for the company
- Oversee daily operation and ensure smooth operation of the office.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- An Accounting Degree from any tertiary institution
- At least 5 - 7 years' experience
- Proficient in Accounting Packages
- ACA or ICSA certification is an added advantage
- Experienced in office administration
