Business Development Executive Feb 2nd 2013, 21:56 Location: Lagos Description: We are the first solely focused assisted conception unit in Nigeria established in 1999 with the primary objective of providing the highest standards of fertility services comparable with the best internationally. In line with this objective we are EN ISO 9001:2008 certified.  We are currently looking for a qualified candidate to fill the position of a Business Development Executive in Lagos.   Responsibilities:  Develop and & implement innovative marketing strategies and plans Monitor and analyse sales activity against organisational goals Responsible for identifying potential clients and strategic business partners Oversee departmental operations to ensure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources. Develop, manage and improve internal operating budgets - Cost Control and revenue optimisation Plan, develop, and implement strategies for generating revenues for the departments Approve departments operational procedures, policies, and standards Review activity reports and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining objectives and revise objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions. Evaluate performance of department heads to ensure targets are achieved and compliance with established policies and objectives of the company Represent the company at external meetings and at formal functions. Develop and promote the company brand locally and internationally, through adverts, participation in conferences and other programmes   Qualifications and Requirements: University degree in medicine or any other sciences 1- 3 years cognate experience in the Healthcare industry Experience in policy formulation, strategic planning and execution. Skilled in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures. Knowledge of communication and public relations techniques.
