Lecturer II - Education Foundation (Curriculum Option) Qualifications Candidate must possess a good Masters Degree/Ph.D in the relevant field from a recognized institution plus at least a minimum of 6 years cognate teaching experience.  In addition, candidate must have presented two seminar/conference papers or have one journal article published or accepted for publication. Principal Information Officer - I Qualifications Candidate must possess a good Masters Degree/Ph.D in Mass Communication from a recognized institution Plus at least a minimum of six (6) years cognate experience. System Analyst - I Qualifications Candidate must possess a good Masters Degree in Computer Studies or Electrical Electronic Engineering/Statistics with a Post-Graduate Diploma in Computer Science from a recognized institution. Plus at least a minimum of three (3)years conate experience.
