- Report directly to Software Architect
- Develop Software from Scratch to off shelf product
- Train and manage Interns and Software Developer II
- Applications that run primarily on WINDOWS platforms and/or including web platforms and embedded devices
- Take responsibility on software development projects.
Educational Qualification Requirements - Candidate must be versed in .Net platform from WPF, WCF, XNA, Windows Forms, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC and so on.
- Must understand both C# and VB.Net
- Must be able to code in at least two of the aforementioned languages
- Must have gotten his hand dirty in at least two enterprise project built with .Net platform
- Must be able to lead a team and juggle between projects
- Must have adequate experience of user- centered design
- Candidate must understand WIX and/or install shield
- A good communication skill
- Ability to program in python, using iron python will be an added advantage side
- Ability to develop android mobile Apps (will be on added advantage)

- Contracts and agreements preparation, negotiation, execution and management

- Review and analyse contracts and agreements to identify risks, liabilities and gaps in information and resolve these issues.
- Ensuring timely and efficient preparation, renewal and execution of contract documents
- Assist in direct negotiation of disputed contractual clauses to bring agreements and contracts to mutually acceptable conclusions.

- 12 years cognate legal working experience
